Here are some quick and easy vegan recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Easy and quick vegetarian breakfast recipes and ideas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Pancakes<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Stir in a bowl: 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp.  sugar, 2 tbsp.  baking powder, and a pinch of salt.  Add 1 cup soy\/rice\/coconut milk and 2 tbsp.  oil.  Mix the ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth.  In a hot, oiled skillet, place 1 tablespoon of batter.  Flip sides when bubbles start to appear (about 2 minutes per side).  Add more oil to the pan as needed.  Serve pancakes with maple syrup, agave nectar, molasses, soy yogurt, fruit, berries, or any other topping of your choice.<\/p>\n<p><u>Fruit juice<\/u><\/p>\n<p>For those with a blender, making a breakfast smoothie is a super easy and quick vegan breakfast option.  Simply blend together <em>Your choice<\/em> Blend of the following ingredients: soy\/rice\/coconut milk, soy\/coconut yogurt, berries, bananas, dates, raisins, maple syrup, molasses, agave nectar, cocoa powder, vegan chocolate grated, slivered\/slipped almonds, Brazil nuts Crushed nuts, flaxseeds, LSA mixture, oats, ice cubes.  Serve in a tall glass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quick and easy vegetarian lunch recipes and ideas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Tofu and stir-fried vegetables<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Cook the tofu nuggets in a hot oiled skillet over high heat for 3 minutes or until golden and cooked through.  Remove from skillet.  Next, he stir-fries (in peanut oil, to taste) some sliced \u200b\u200bcarrots, baby corn, peas, broccoli, or any other vegetable of your choice, over high heat for about a minute. But don&#8217;t assume that just eating cookies means lunch has to be boring.  First, find some at the supermarket or health store <em>Gourmet vegan crackers <\/em>And <em>Crunchy bread<\/em>.  Buy a variety of them.  Next, get to know <em>topping options<\/em>.  The suggestions are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. Avocado, salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>2. Soy fat, tomato, salt, pepper<\/p>\n<p>3. Tomatoes, vegetable &#8220;cheese&#8221;, salt, pepper<\/p>\n<p>4. Peanut butter, almond spread<\/p>\n<p>5. Tahini, maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>6. Vegan Hummus Dip, Beetroot Dip, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes (from a health store, supermarket, or homemade)<\/p>\n<p>7. Soy spread, salad<\/p>\n<p>8. Soy fat, sun-dried tomatoes, olives<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quick and easy vegan dinner recipes and ideas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Pasta with white sauce<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Cook pasta and vegetables as usual.  To prepare a delicious vegan &#8220;white sauce,&#8221; heat 1 Tbsp.  olive\/soy oil spread in skillet, plus 1 heaping teaspoon.  Plain flour or cornmeal.  Stir over high heat for 1 minute.  Next, add salt, pepper and dried herbs to taste.  Next, you&#8217;ll add the soy\/rice milk to the mixture &#8211; a little at a time, stirring constantly.  Once desired consistency is achieved, turn off heat and serve.  Adjust seasonings as necessary.  Serve over pasta and vegetables.  Top with shredded vegan cheese, if desired.<\/p>\n<p><u>Grandos Garden Salad<\/u><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re tired of salads, maybe you should start savoring them a little more.  No one can get tired of eating a delicious, nutritious and powerful salad.  To make Grandiose Garden Salad, add the following ingredients together in a large bowl: 1 large bag of <em>spinach<\/em> And <em>Watercress leaves<\/em>chopped vine <em>tomatoes <\/em>or <em>Cherry tomatoes<\/em>A few teaspoons, finely chopped <em>Sun dried tomatoes<\/em>pitted <em>olive<\/em>1-2 minced <em>avocado<\/em>1 large thin slice <em>option<\/em>1 cup of <em>corn<\/em> (cooked or raw) &#8211; beans removed and added to salad, \u00bd cut into very thin slices <em>red onion, <\/em>Canned baby <em>beetroot<\/em>And half a cup of <em>Walnuts<\/em>.  To prepare the sauce, add 2 tbsp.  olive oil, 1-2 tsp.  Lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.  Gently stir the sauce into the salad.
